Recruitment, administration and management
We collect or use the following personal information as part of recruitment, administration and management:

Contact details (eg name, address, telephone number or personal email address)

Sales and ticket delivery
We collect or use the following personal information for selling you tickets and delivering them to you:

Your email or postal address

Details of your card or cash transaction for the purchase.

We collect or use the following personal information when you use or access our Social Media or Web presence:

Your social media details – we only use your social media account name
•
Your IP address (when visiting the website)

Details of any interactions you post to our social media or web.

Details of web pages you visit.
We retain social media details until you remove your information; please see your social media provider for how to do this. Your IP address is retained for 90 days.

You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. Where we get personal information from
We collect your information from the following places:

From our processors such as TicketSource acting on our behalf

From parents/guardians if you are under 16
How long we keep information
As a member, we will keep information for as long as you remain a member of Old St Mellons Entertainers. We will securely destroy you information if you tell us you no longer wish to be a member, otherwise we will keep it for a maximum of three years since you last took part in an event/ rehearsal.
As a person who purchased tickets, we keep only the required financial transaction information, which is retained for 7 years in line with the Limitation Act.
On Social Media, we cannot control retention periods; the privacy notice of your social media provider should give details.
If you visit our website, we will retain your IP address and visit records for 90 days
How to complain
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
